Hunt & Swap

This bad boy lives in the text tools palette & lets you search & replace junk in the Song Editor. Lemme guess—you got a million [A4] chords & you\u{2019}re like "I\u{2019}d rather have [Asus4]"? Yeah, we\u{2019}ve seen that movie before. Type what you\u{2019}re huntin\u{2019} in the first box, type the shiny new replacement in the second box. Then smash the Do the Swap Already button & watch the magic happen (or don\u{2019}t, we\u{2019}re not your mom).

Chord Format Flip

Got toggle buttons here so you can switch between two formats like you\u{2019}re indecisive (which, let\u{2019}s be real, you probably are). If your song\u{2019}s got square brackets floatin\u{2019} around, boom—Bracketed Chords is already picked for you. No brackets? Then Chords Over Lyrics is chillin\u{2019} there instead. Press the OTHER button if you wanna be all fancy & switch formats.

Pro tip: Bracketed chords are freakin\u{2019} clutch when you\u{2019}re splittin\u{2019} or mashing lines together, \u{2019}cause the chords just... follow the lyrics like a puppy. After that, flip to chords over lyrics if you wanna position \u{2019}em all artsy-fartsy & visual-like.

Space Fixer Upper

Here\u{2019}s a one-trick pony tool for when you yanked text outta Word or Google Docs & everything went sideways. Chords got shoved to the right? Look like they\u{2019}re in Narnia now? That\u{2019}s \u{2019}cause word processors use variable-width fonts & throw a million spaces at ya to make it work.

Mash the Nuke the Spacing button & we\u{2019}ll detect your chords & trim down those gnarly spaces. Usually gets \u{2019}em back where they belong (kinda like when you printed stuff out back in 2008). Then you can fine-tune \u{2019}em by hand if you\u{2019}re feeling extra.
